Domestic Shipping

• Enjoy free standard delivery on all orders over $39.95. 

Process Time

• We aimed to ship all orders within TWO business days from when the orders are received. All orders placed after 10am (AEST) Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

Shipping Time

• 2-7 business days, depending on your location and delivery method.

Item Tracking

• Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email from us with your tracking details. Alternatively, please email hello@minko.com.au with your order number.

International Shipping

• International shipping fees are based on your location. The fees is calculated at "Check Out" page. 

Damaged Item

• We will arrange a replacement item for all damaged item. Please email hello@minko.com.au with your order number and photos of the damaged items.

Exchange policy

• We will exchange any unused product due to change of mind within 30 days from when the orders are shipped. Please note shipping costs for the return and resend are at your expense. If you would like to return an item, please email hello@minko.com.au with your order number and details of the return or exchange.
